CORPORATE PHOTOGRAPHY & Visual Concept

Meeting People.Revealing Stories.
For many years, I have been supporting companies through Tom Maurer Photography, creating bespoke visual concepts, corporate photography, and imagery for annual and corporate reports.

A particularly defining part of my work has been my long-standing collaboration with Drees & Sommer SE. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet people from a wide range of professions and responsibilities – individuals whose expertise, dedication, and vision drive complex projects and shape the future.

What continues to inspire me is not only the work they do, but the people behind the roles. Every encounter offers a new perspective. Every story is unique. Every portrait begins with a personal and trusting conversation, a genuine moment of connection from which images emerge that reveal character, personality, and authenticity.

To date, I have photographed several hundred employees for Drees & Sommer. Through these countless encounters, I have developed the ability to quickly connect with people, create a relaxed atmosphere, and capture authentic portraits that communicate both professionalism and individuality.

For me, corporate photography is about more than creating visual assets. It is about making a company’s culture visible, creating trust, and giving organizations a human face. The strongest images are those in which people recognize themselves – confident, genuine, and approachable.

With every assignment, my goal is to create photographs that have a lasting impact: portraits that express character, visual concepts that communicate identity, and stories that stay with the viewer long after the first impression.

Because in the end, it is always the people who define a company.
